1 packet of sausage meat
1 packet of puff pastry ready rolled (square not circular)
1 egg (optional)
A bit of flour for dusting
Soft Centre Cookies
65g plain chocolate
15g butter
1 egg
Half teaspoon vanilla essence
40g caster sugar
50g self raising flour
15g cocoa powder
50g icing sugar
For the filling
10 squares of chocolate (plain, milk or white)
