Bank Transfer and Standing Order
One-off donations can be made by bank transfer. Regular donations can be made by standing order using the same bank details.
Regular giving helps us plan our activities and spending with greater confidence.

Online Donations
Online donations can be made by card and other available payment options (such as Apple Pay / Klarna).
Fees are deducted from online donations.
For a standard UK card payment, these are currently approximately 4.5% plus 20p.
From a £10 donation, the church receives approximately £9.35. Other payment methods may have higher fees.
What Is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid is a scheme available to charities to claim extra money from HMRC.
Freedom Church can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate, as long as you’ve paid the basic rate of tax and make the donation from your own funds. That means Gift Aid can increase the value of your donations by 25%, so you can give even more to Freedom Church without it costing you any extra.
Please complete and sign the form below and email it to trustees@freedomchurchchester.org or put it in an envelope into the Giving Box at the back of the church.
Building Fund Giving
For gifts specifically towards the building fund you can give in a number of ways (see below). Should the building purchase not go through you will be offered your donation back, or can choose to move it into the general church account to fund our mission and activities.
Both one off gifts and monthly giving are options and if you are a gift aider please also complete the form above.
