Directions
Freedom Church is near ‘Storyhouse’ (the Theatre, Library and Cinema) and we are opposite the new car park in Hunter street. You can access the church building from both directions on Hunter Street (Northgate Street and St Martins Way).
Parking
Local Carparks:
The new Hunter street car park which is convenient, but expensive.
Linenhall car park is a short walk from Church.
The Sens Close Car Park over the road is a short walk.
There is also some free parking on Stanley Street and around the back of Queens School if you are around early on a Sunday morning.
On Street Parking: There is no on road parking. The building is down the road from Storyhouse who give great information on transport links.
Church Carpark: There are a small number of spaces in the car park, behind the church building.
Please use the one way system and enter the car park through the gates on Hunter Street (opposite the market entrance) and leave by the side street (facing student accommodation) so all cars are parked facing the same way.
To maximise the number of cars in the car park please don’t leave any gaps and be prepared to get blocked in on a Sunday and for events. If you need to leave swiftly, please consider the local car parks.
